The premier tournament for the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast, the Seafood Festival Golf Classic, returns to the Indian Bayou Golf Course on Sept. 10-11. A portion of the proceeds from this year's event will benefit the Destin Fisherman's Fund.
The Seafood Festival Golf Classic is designed to draw competitive players from across our region for two days of play. The format will be two-man teams, best ball. The tournament will be flighted at the completion of the first round.
The Destin Fisherman's Fund helps the mates from Destin's charter boat fleet and their families during a time when the fleet is being hit with elevated fuel prices, fishing restrictions, and, now, the oil spill.
